All booking requests are non-binding initially. After a landlord accepts your request, you must confirm it. This requires your verification and payment of the Wunderflats Service Fee from tenants. For some listings it can also require payment of the first month's rent. Once these steps are done, the landlord can confirm the booking immediately, making it binding.
