Enter the address of your furnished apartment.
Create your account: If you haven’t done so yet, you can sign up using your email address or an existing Google or LinkedIn account.
Complete your profile: Once you’ve confirmed your email and completed your account details, you can start editing your first listing immediately.
Add apartment details: Provide general information about the property and the individual rooms.
Set the price: Determine the monthly all-inclusive rent (including all utility costs).
Upload photos: Add high-quality images of your apartment.
Describe your place: Give your listing a catchy title and add a description in both German and English.
Select amenities: Choose additional features and equipment from our provided list.
Publish: Click "Publish" to finalize your listing.
What happens next? We will contact you via email to schedule a brief verification call. Once we’ve spoken and verified your details, we will activate your listing and take it live!
