By accepting the booking request, you confirm your willingness to host the prospective tenant in your apartment on the terms specified in the booking request. Upon your confirmation the tenant will be asked to pay the Service-Fee. Subsequently, you and the tenant may conclude a rental agreement via our platform. If you have activated automatic first month's rent payouts the tenant will also be asked to pay the first month's rent together with their Service Fee. The booking only becomes binding upon your confirmation and the successful payment from the tenant.
